Yowzaa

Had a very busy week. After months of delaying Sandy’s visit to her pedia, she finally had another five-in-one vaccine last Saturday. Her pedia was late so Sandy and I went downstairs to buy some fries at MCDO. We were walking beside the canteen area when a poster caught my eye. I looked at the huge poster and saw myself nursing Sandy when she was just a couple of months old. I laughed and remembered about our pedia’s request that she will put up our photo. I immediately called The Husband and we laughed together while reminiscing the old days. Sandy kept on saying “look sandy making dede from mommy o hihi”.

We then had dinner with our friends that night – hosted by Cliff as a surprise to his wife, Lorna for having a successful operation last week. (we wish you tons of babies!!!) It was fun seeing some of the old gang again. I don’t know if we had any decent photos at all, we were all busy catching up. Sandy was there also, which is a first and after her initial shyness wore off; she showed all her latest tricks, singing her favorite songs, jumping and dancing non-stop. I blame it on the mud pie!

Went to Glorietta on Sunday and bought several gifts for the little girl. She didn’t want a bike, loved the Disney Princess tent (we didn’t get it, bought the pooh version instead), and roamed around Toy Kingdom while trying out any toy that catches her eye. I took note which toys she showed real interest in and placed them on our basket. We had the toys gift-wrapped then went to Gingersnaps to buy a cute skirt with silver suspenders and blouse.

I also ordered the Little Mermaid cake from Goldilocks, not sure if it looks good but they are the only one who can do it in two days.

Tomorrow is her birthday and party or no party, I’m sure she’ll have a blast seeing her cake, balloons, disney princess banner and gifts. :) Can’t wait!

    hello! happy birthday sandy! mabait yang si sandy kasi sept. (bday ko kasi sept 17 eh) maganda at matalino pa. tsaka, makulit at pasaway! joke lang!
    inggit ako sa little mermaid na cake. wish ko yan. nung wedding ko gusto ko yan ang cake pero di ko nagawa..napunta na lang sa under the sea theme..hehehe..(syempre we share the same wedding day din nov 16, 2003) ;)

    hi alpha, naku di naman. nakakatawa nga itsura ng picture lalo na nakadisplay na ubod ng laki dun sa UST. ang laki pala ng hita ko hahaha.

    btw…..dito ko na excite…re the skirt with suspender, naku may ganun din si sophia eh. my mom bought it for her :) silver suspender and gray skirt with pink blouse with math=ching necklace ba???????

    jane mismo! gray skirt and pink blouse nga! may katerno talaga un gray skirt but I chose a different pink blouse. and yeah, may necklace na pearls/chains din :D kaaliw naman!
