Herbert the Horse
Here’s the little girl riding her friend “Herbert” last Saturday at Avilon Zoo (she has a name for all animals, thanks to her Papa).
Extra yung kamay ko, of course. I was so afraid that she would fall. She didn’t like to ride at first but eventually, she enjoyed it. She was even moving her body forward to urge the horse to go faster. She also said, “mommy I want to run”. O di ba, I’m one proud momma.
The animals were beautiful but the place was soooo huge. We spent five hours including breaks and we didn’t even get to visit all the places. I was yawning all the time and there was a moment when I thought I was going to faint from exhaustion and heat. Sobrang init grabe kala mo sinusunog ka! Good thing Sandy was behaved. She got tired also (who wouldn’t) that on the last few hours, she was just looking at the photos instead of the animals. Plus her silly Alice crocs (both red and brown) gave her blisters again (see the band aid?). I tell you I’m gonna sue Crocs!

Good Morning
How was your weekend everyone? We went to Avilon Zoo last Saturday so it was pretty tiring. I will post more photos soon. I just need to catch up on blog posts and work first. I also bloghopped (yay!) and was able to download / resize some photos from the cam.

Memory Upgrade
My laptop has been running on AC power the last couple of days. So much for being mobile. I thought I could save the battery by giving it a rest but when I tried to recharge it, the power only lasted for 30 minutes. So I’m now shopping for a good computer memory deal online. The site memorydeal.net offers 4GB RAM memory upgrade at $218 the lowest. That would be totally awesome! I can imagine running Photoshop, Fireworks, Flash and multiple browsers without any problems. The site mentioned that it’s important to determine if you’re running 32bit or 64bit version of Windows when upgrading. A 64bit might eat a lot of memory but a 32bit could work with only 2GB. I hope I can find a better memory deal really soon. I need to work outside the room sometimes especially when I’m on a conference call.
