Our Weekend

Spent Saturday morning with the little girl. Met with MBAPs around 4PM. Jody and I had a mini tutorial which took so long because we always get distracted with other topics (siyempre daldalan muna). The coffee meeting was great as usual but it was cut short when the kids, hubbies arrived LOL. Sandy and her Papa fetched me too and we had dinner before we went home. The food was great, forgot the name of the restaurant though. It’s the only resto in Serendra that has a Hawaiian theme so you won’t miss it.

Sunday, I woke up around 7AM because Sandy wanted to get up. She was whining and when I looked at her, her lips were swollen. I was shocked, really. She looked like Donald Duck or the duck from Pocoyo. I was still dizzy from sleep and didn’t know how to react. Her Papa woke up too and carried her without seeing her lips. When he finally saw it, he panicked too. It was probably something she at the restaurant so we rushed to Makati Med only to find out that it was an allergy reaction to an insect bite. Thank God it wasn’t from the food. If you remember, Sandy is very sensitive to any dairy products, wheat, etc when she was a baby so I was afraid that her allergy came back.

Our Sunday started badly and the bad feeling remained until last night when I went to sleep. But she’s okay now (again, thank God!) and in school already.

    this happened to Ozzy din before, i think wasp or bee ang insect, my gash!!!! lomobo ang lips nya…anyway, it subsided after a few hours din, good thing di allergic si Sandy.

    nakakatakot di ba vannie. naku nagka allergic reaction sya kaya super laki ng nilobo. normally di ba medyo maga lang naman. mukhang donald duck talaga sya.

    good thing it was nothing serious! kawawa naman si sandy. parang si ninna, konting kagat lang ng insekto maga kaagad.
