Puppy Training

I’ve always liked having a puppy but I find the potty training too difficult that most of them end up sleeping outside the house. I planned on having one before I had Sandy but my husband warned me on how I should spend a lot of time training it. To end the long story short, I got discouraged but since I got pregnant anyway, I consider it a blessing. Now that Sandy is old enough, she’s showing signs of wanting to have her own pet. Now I know it takes a lot of work but I’ve been reading about housebreaking a dog and find the instructions fairly easy. And you can also buy this cute indoor dog potty, a stylish toilet for all kinds of canines. Training your new dog to pee on his potty is challenging, though. Make sure that you put him in a fenced area so he won’t be used to having access to the whole house. Then put the potty near the fenced area so whenever he shows signs that he’s ready to pee or pooh, you can immediately grab and place him in his potty. Having said all that, the process reminds me so much of potty training babies. You need to praise them every successful attempt so they will follow you without problems next time.
