Weekend Update - 0804

Perfect is the only word that I can describe about our weekend.

  • A fun Saturday morning drawing and eating chips. See more here.
  • A behaved little girl for two straight days which makes me wonder if she has eaten anything different. And if she did, I’d have to make sure to buy her more LOL
  • Good food, old friends, great night
  • Shoe shopping with Sandy for two hours at Rustan’s. No tantrums. We just had to go to the slides and playhouse every 15 minutes. Plus one of the shoe racks fell because of she wanted to try all the adult shoes.
  • No stress grocery shopping at Rustan’s. This place rocks. Really the best place for grocery shopping with a toddler. Just had to pay more but to my surprise, we didn’t go over budget this week again.
  • Spent a lot of cash buying gifts, new stuff for Sandy, cheap toys (php100!), more reading and activity books. I feel like we’re spending too much money ever since we decided not to use our credit cards anymore. The up side is now I know how much we really have and we don’t have debts at the end of the month.
  • When we went home yesterday, I had this huge headache. Even if our helper was out, I managed to take a nap in twenty minutes (undisturbed!) that I felt great the whole night.

So today, back to work. I’m going to be really busy. I hope I can stay away from twitter that long. ;)

    inggit ako Joy! behave na si Sandy! si alex kse grabe na ang tantrums. walang araw na dadaan na hindi sya cry or hihiga sa sahig because she didn’t get what she wants, pero hinahayaan lang namin. Sigh.
