Weekend Round Up (where we shopped til we dropped and where Sandy became a ballerina)
Shopping Galore
Sandy’s birthday is coming up in two weeks so I’ve decided to buy her some outfits. Found some cute ones at Peppermint and Gingersnaps so we literally shopped till we dropped. I remembered that her jeans were too short already so I got three styles for her to choose from. They all looked great especially the skinny jeans so I placed them in the shopping cart while I decide which one to buy. After shopping for a couple more minutes, I told The Husband to pay for the stuff. When we got home, I was surprised to see all three pairs of jeans. OMG! We threw away money just like that. As if she can wear all three of them no! Hay.
By the way, I saw some really fabulous shoes for little girls at Confetti. I was really overjoyed seeing all the styles. They even have sizes for one year olds. According to the saleslady, it’s the latest collection from Confetti. They call it Mom and Me or something. There are lots of shops who does this but theirs are just the nicest. I immediately bought two pairs for Sandy and two pairs for me. They even have gladiator sandals for kids!
We also bought some stuff for the house. Our kitchen faucet needs replacing badly plus some cooking pots too. I didn’t enjoy buying these because I don’t really care much about cooking.
Sandy’s Report Card
I received Sandy’s school card last Friday and was very happy about it. Mind you, it was probably just for fun but still, I can’t help but be proud of her.
Massage
The Husband and I had the best home massage last Saturday. We made sure to take note of her name so we can request for her next time.
Party Preps
Sandy doesn’t have a real party but we’re going to celebrate her birthday at Hospicio. I already booked with them for September 21 for 50 kids. All that’s left for me to do is call Jollibee and inquire about their take away parties. Then we’ll visit the place to see what we can do to improve it. Of course, there will also be a celebration in Sandy’s school. Plus another one in our house.
The Ballerina
In preparation for her birthday, Sandy decided that she wants to be a ballerina. She probably saw this girl from Barney and wants to be like her, complete with tutu. When we went to the mall, she insisted that she wants to buy a full ballerina costume, complete with real ballet flats and stockings. The stocking was too tight so I didn’t buy it. We just used her old one (which explains the run) for picture taking. (Photos to follow later)

Ano ba! Sabay tayong nagtanong kay Abie re hospicio! Yan din sana plan ko for Bianca for her 2nd bday. Kaso ang layo sa amin ng hospicio. Might just consider Cribs in Marikina. It’s for the abandoned kids.

The great thing about the kitchen faucet is so many different finishes to choose from.
With the chrome kitchen faucet all the way to the brass and bronze kitchen faucet,
there is something for everybody and every decor.
