Fun Day at Active Fun (SM North Edsa)
We tried yesterday the newly opened Active Fun at SM North Edsa with some of the mommy bloggers (Toni, Jody, Mai and Thei) and our chikitings. I admit I’ve never been to any branch so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I also had a feeling that Sandy wouldn’t enjoy herself and would rather draw while the kids are playing. To my surprise, she was the one who told me that she wanted to play immediately. For that alone, I’d give the place a high score.

There are tons of stuff to do for kids of all ages. I was so happy to see Sandy trying out each and every one of them without me telling her what to do.
Another surprise here. She tried out the big slide twice when I wouldn’t even try it myself.
Since every mom I know are always looking for new places to celebrate their kids’ birthdays, I’ve decided to take photos of Active Fun’s party area. You could see more photos of the place at Thea’s blog.
It’s not that big but according to the flyers, it can accommodate up to 40 kids.

Packages range from Php8,500 (10 kids) to Php40,000 (40 kids). Each package comes with unlimited play.

Sandy was so happy and so am I. I’ve never seen her enjoy herself so much during any of our mini-EBs.

@Aggie, si Mikee din paulit ulit. Nung una nga nauntog pa eh, kala ko iiyak. aba, umakyat uli para magslide! The staff taught her how to sit properly while sliding, hindi na sya nauntog uli.
@Abie, hindi ka matatakot kasi mahaba yung padded floor right after the slide so they’re safe. pag akyat ko nga gusto ko din magslide eh

sayang, wala yung afternoon slot.
tambay pa naman din kami ng Active Fun Tiendesitas. as in playtil you drop si Austin kapag dun. he loves that mini “piano” so much. eh kasi naman may letters at sounds, hehe.
though we haven’t tried the giant slide, kasi parang takot ako for him. will try it next time.

Active fun @ SM Annex, walang pakialam kung may naaksidenta bata sa kanila sa loob…wala daw clang sagutin kase may nakasulat sa labas na enter at your own risk….BS…magsara na kayo….d kayo dapat sa Business na yan…This happens to my daughter…kawawa naman pag naulit pa ito sa iba…share lang po namin kase wala po kameng magawa magasawa…Sana po may tumulong magpasara nung Lugar…Ung anak ko po ngayon, walang ipin sa harap at pumayat po kase d na makakain…cnagot napo namin ung pagpapadoctor sa kanya pero ang hiling lang po namin eh wag sana mangyari sa iba…D po tama ung patakaran nilang wala clang paananagutan kasi bata po ang mga customers nila….safety po dapat ang number one sa kanila, Sana lang po mabigyang pansin ng iba…Cocerned Parents\
Bastos pa po ung manager dyan…d daw nya ipagkatiwala sa Active fun ang anak nya…tama po ba iyon, ibig sabihin kahit ung manager wala pong tiwala sa kumpanya nya dahil sa tingin nya d safe ang lugar para sa sarili nyang anak…
sorry to hear that Gavin. did they really tell you that? of course, responsibility ng establishment to make the place as safe as possible. this is why I always check the toys, slides, etc if may sharp objects / pointed corners.
what’s the name of the manager who told you that?
