Home Sweet
Reading about manufactured homes makes me yearn for our dream house. I’ve put this project in the back burner while we are saving enough money for another huge down payment. But after browsing through photos of beautiful model homes, I started dreaming again of how ours will turn out. The Husband visited the lot that we purchased to check if it got flooded after typhoon Ondoy. According to the homeowners, not only our area was safe but most of the roads leading to it were flood-free as well. Thank God for that! Seeing houses submerged in water gave me nightmares. I just kept worrying if the place that we bought was really worth it. He also saw the first lot that we wanted to purchase but was snatched before we even made an offer. He said the owners are already building their house which made me even more excited. I wish we can win the lottery so we can build our house too and pay for it in full.
