I Need to Lose Weight
What are my options? Seriously.
It’s bad enough that my old walking shorts don’t fit me anymore. But last month, I tried on a fairly new (6 month-old) pair of jeans and it won’t budge past my upper thighs. It’s depressing and humiliating after I berated The Husband plenty of times about his weight.
So… back to my options.
1. Take fat burners? Diet pills?
2. Exercise – threadmill. Too boring.
3. Exercise – new equipment. A stepper perhaps? Elliptical is too expensive and I’m not even sure if I’ll like it.
4. Jogging / Running around the neighborhood. Too many kids playing and cars passing. Dogs are huge too.
5. Diet – I only eat twice a day now what more can you ask for?
6. Breastfeed again. Now this, is a very effective way to get back into shape.
