A Plus
Found some great articles about all natural diet pills. I wonder if it’s safe enough for a breastfeeding mom? It’s not for me but for my friend who gave birth seven months ago. She needs to attend a wedding but she feels so depressed that none of her gowns fit her anymore. Having one made just for the occasion seems like a waste of money. That is, if she’ll lose weight in a few months anyway. I told her to just buy something off-the-rack and if she manages to go back to her old weight, she can have it altered to fit her new frame. I’ve seen some really fabulous plus-sized cocktail dresses while I was pregnant with Meg and they hug your body at the right places. In fact, that’s where I bought the dress that I wore to one of my best friend’s wedding, and not from a maternity shop where everything seem shapeless and outdated.
No Trips – For Now
Oh my! There are so many good travel deals lately but all I can do is watch my online friends snag them and plan about their future lovely vacations. It’s hard to travel with a baby so I’m doing my best to restrain myself from booking any of them. There were plenty of times when I was close to finalizing the mock booking I’ve made but at the last minute, I was reminded of the number of luggage that we have to bring if ever we’ll go on a trip. It was absolute nightmare back when Sandy was a baby. There was no rest at all, for me that is. It wasn’t a vacation but merely a change of location. I still didn’t rest nor enjoy the great food that comes with every travel. So this time, we are going to wait until Meg is old enough.
I know it makes sense but every time I see a new great travel deal, I just can’t help but feel sad and envious. But now that I’ve said that, I don’t feel bad anymore. After all, wasting money is not in my vocabulary. We can have all the time in the world to book next year.
And trust me, I WILL book with a vengeance!
10.10.10
Since I missed writing a post on October first, I have to make sure I post for this one. This date happens only every century (just like any other dates) so almost everyone is making a big deal out of it. There are lots of sales, discounts and events dedicated to this special date. It’s interesting, I admit but so’s September 9, 2009 and August 8, 2008. I could go on and on really, but what the heck? Forget about the details and just have fun.
Happy 10.10.10 to all of you!
Shouts and Giggles
Sandy has always been a chatterbox. She loves talking and singing at the top of her lungs. That alone could make her parents long for natural migraine headache relief but as if that’s not enough, Meg has now learned the use of her voice too. Just like her Ate, she now shouts to call our attention.
She’s not angry but she just loves hearing her voice as she says — oooh, aweeerrrrhh, arrhhh and goooogligooooey. It’s funny, most of the time. The humor factor also depends on the time of day and the number of work that I have.
No Time to Be Healthy
The Husband needs some Rapid weight loss pills, fast. We just tried on several of his shirts and none of them fit anymore. Either he lose weight or we spend more money on new clothes. I’d rather he lose them, not because of the money but changing sizes every year can turn into a bad habit. To be fair, he’s doing the best that he can to stay healthy. But ever since we had Meg, the sleepless nights and no-rest-weekends are taking its toll on us. So we eat, all the time! I am blessed that I don’t gain weight no matter how much I eat, thanks to breastfeeding. But for him, he really needs to burn all those calories and with work, taking care of the baby, weekend duties (grocery, etc), there’s just no time. We’ll see how it goes next month. He mentioned he wants to lift weights again as soon as our household is back to its old schedule.
Work Before Play
Coming up with several keywords for personal injury Tucson is hard but I’m getting used to this SEO thing. I want to learn as much as I can because even if I will not offer this as an add-on service, it will help not only my web site but my clients’ as well. Coding with SEO in mind is important and now that I’ve seen some of the ins and outs, I can’t believe how other commercial web sites don’t have proper TITLE, keywords and description tags on their headers. It’s the most basic SEO step that can get you traffic with minimal to 0 work.
Anyway, enough about that. It’s too much shop talk on a Saturday. I better log off now and enjoy my offline life at the mall.
